Using your membership is very easy. Here are a few tips to follow when calling our office:

Have your LegalShield membership number handy (that number is on your membership card). The Customer Service Representative you will be speaking with will verify your information and get some details about the nature of your call.
You can expect a call back from an attorney within 8 business hours.
If you are an out of state LegalShield member, please remember to dial 412.391.7339, in order to speak to a representative to take your information, and you will recieve your call to discuss your matter in depth within 8 business hours.
It’s always a good idea to have a pen, and paper to keep important notes, names, times, and numbers when you’re speaking to your Customer Service Representative, and also when you speak with your attorney.
